Acclaimed as one of the most important jazz albums of all time, John Coltrane’s ‘A Love Supreme’ suite will be performed in its entirety in Arthurs, on Friday October 10th, by a group featuring some of Ireland’s finest jazz musicians - Michael Buckley on saxophone, Leopoldo Osio on piano, Ronan Guilfoyle on bass and Brendan Doherty on drums. This quartet specialises in the performance of Coltrane’s masterpiece, but only performs it once a year, creating a real sense of occasion each time it is staged.
